I help the highly successful but quietly suffering ADHD professional regain hours a day lost to distraction, chaos, and dysregulation by teaching them to create hyper focus for the things that matter, in the time that they matter, without burnout.

....so you can be more present doing what you love with the people you love.

About Me

My Story as an ADHD Overwhelmed High Performer

On paper, I had it all—valedictorian, top sales rep, bodybuilder, husband, and father.

But behind the scenes, I battled binge eating, impulsive spending, and addictions that nearly cost me everything.

My ADHD diagnosis became a turning point. I learned how to break the cycles of overwhelm and turn my brain on at will.

Over five years, I cleared $60K in debt, lost 60 lbs, restored my marriage, and built capacity for inspired work without burnout.

Now I help ADHD professionals do the same.

What Clients are Saying

I worked with Ian for ADHD and performance coaching and learned a lot about myself, and how my brain works. After 12 weeks of going deep, I'm taking several coping mechanisms with me that have helped personally and professionally. It was worth every penny because it's helped me excel in my role, and become more aware outside my role in my personal life. While I naturally use my adhd to work for me in my life as an AE, there were some things that Ian's background both as an ADHD expert and former Tech sales professional helped me improve even more. As a husband, I was helped to learn a lot about myself, and received an uplifted view on my relationship with my wife through Ian as well. Fact checking Ian's statements proved to solidify my ADHD experience; if you have cycles of shame, doubt, and paralysis and flounder between high performer and can't / don't think I'm gonna make it; then Ian is a great resource that I'm confident can get you on the right track. Not to mention, pretty sure other coaches don't give you the type of access and knowledge dump that Ian does. Halfway through working with Ian I found out he was a valedictorian of his class, and that tracked with the quality he gives not just in materials, but in management of his relationship with his clients.

I've followed Ian for a while on LinkedIn, and finally reached out as I noticed he's posted about adult ADHD and how to successfully manage that, but I also noticed Ian was previously a pastor and into fitness - two worlds I resonate with. I've met with Ian on multiple occasions now and I could tell you how he's created an incredible fusion of health and fitness knowledge to his clients, how he leverages his pastoral experience to connect and empathize with you on a deep level or how he's astute in so much cutting-edged ADHD and brain developments. But the most important thing I could say about Ian is this - the man has clearly done his own work. He's not siphoning information and passing it along as a conduit, he's embodied it, lived it. He's worked on himself and his own healing in such a way that is transformative for those that come around him. That's why I would recommend my brother here - he's genuinely fought his own demons and is excited to help you fight yours. Get on his calendar!
